1. Acceptance

By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the applicable Shipping, Return, Refund and Cancellation policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a contract or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping account and login information confidential and for the accuracy of information submitted.

3. Product information

We try to present product descriptions, colours, measurements, materials, prices and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting and handcrafted or batch variations may cause reasonable differences. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

4. Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping or other charges, if any, are shown before payment. Orders may be paid through the methods available at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error and will offer cancellation/refund where an affected order cannot be fulfilled.

5. Orders

An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders because of stock issues, payment failure, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, legal restrictions or an obvious listing error. If payment has been received for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original method.

6. Intellectual property

The Fashion Twist name, logo, website design, product photographs, text and other original material are owned by or licensed to Fashion Twist. They may not be copied, republished or commercially used without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, interfere with checkout or security, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the website unlawfully.

8. Reviews and submissions

Content you submit must be truthful, relevant and lawful. You grant us permission to display and moderate submitted reviews or feedback. We may remove misleading, abusive, infringing or unlawful content.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Fashion Twist is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party service interruptions, or losses caused by misuse of products or the website.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through our grievance contact. Consumers may also use remedies available under applicable consumer law. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in New Delhi will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
